DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH SESSIONS IN STUDIO OR ON LOCATION?
Sessions are photographed both in studio and on location. Depending on the type session you choose will determine if you can do both (studio and on location) or one only.
WHAT SHOULD I/WE BRING TO WEAR?
When booking your session we will discuss important details about your portrait session and experience. We will ask some questions (depending on type of session) to learn more about you and your style. We will discuss clothing, locations, home decor, etc. Some sessions include an in person consultation with Tracie for planning of shoot.
WHEN DO I GET TO SEE MY IMAGES AND PLACE MY ORDER?
View/order sessions take place 2 weeks after your session. These appointments are scheduled during business hours. Your order session will be scheduled at time of booking your photo session. The order session will take between 1.5-2 hours. You will receive an email after your photo session that will let you know what to expect for your view/order session.
HOW MUCH WILL MY PICTURES COST?
Your choice in what you purchase is entirely up to you. We are a full service studio that delivers your images in your choice of an Custom Designed Albums, Gallery Canvas, Wall Portraits, Wall Galleries, etc.
HOW LONG WILL YOU KEEP MY FILES?
Any images that are not ordered will be removed from our system following your ordering appointment – we do not save any images the client does not choose to order. All ordered and paid for images are archived for a period up to 2 years. Images not paid for are deleted and will not be stored on our system.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY SESSION?
We understand that unexpected events arise and you may need to reschedule your session. If you need to reschedule please call us as soon as possible. While our session fees are non-refundable, you may use it for a one-time reschedule to be scheduled within 6 months of your original appointment date.
WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION FEE AND WHAT DOES THIS COVER?
Your full session fee payment is required at the time of booking. This fee is the only way to book your appointment. The session fee covers the time, talent, and creative fee of photographer. Some sessions may include hair and make up as part of the session fee.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE FOR MY ORDER?
We require 100% of your order total before any part of the order is started. Orders are custom made and are non-refundable. Balance must be paid in full before pick up of any products.
